CONTRACT AGREEMENT
1. Scope of Work
MMco Design agrees to provide a 3-month recruitment trial program commencing January 1, 2025, and concluding March 31, 2025. The program will consist of the following services:
A. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Optimize the Client’s website for job-specific and local keywords.

Improve search engine visibility to attract job applicants.
B. Community Engagement

Attend job fairs and connect with candidates in person.

Distribute flyers and marketing materials in local high-traffic areas.

Partner with local organizations to promote job opportunities.
C. Digital Marketing Campaigns

Run targeted social media campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Create and execute geo-targeted online ads to attract nearby candidates.

Launch email campaigns targeting local leads and community partners.
2. Compensation
The Client agrees to pay the Contractor $4,500 per month for the duration of the trial period. Payments will be made on or before the 1st of each month. Job fair expenses will be billed separately per Jennifer's request.
Total Contract Value: $13,500
3. Deliverables
The Contractor will provide the following:

Weekly progress reports detailing:

Number of applications received.
-
Cost-per-application metrics.
-
Engagement statistics from community outreach and digital campaigns.

A comprehensive evaluation report at the conclusion of the trial period.
4. Timeline

December 2024: Preparatory phase (finalize strategy, materials, and outreach plans).

January 1, 2025 – March 31, 2025: Implementation of the 3-month recruitment trial program.

April 2025: Delivery of final evaluation report and discussion of future plans.
5. Responsibilities
A. MMco Design
-
Execute all aspects of the outlined recruitment strategy.

Provide timely reports and maintain regular communication with the Client.
B. Northwest Mental Health Management Services
-
Provide necessary access and information to facilitate SEO and campaign efforts (linkedIn Login).

Approve marketing materials and outreach strategies in a timely manner.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with a written notice of 15 days. Upon termination, the Contractor will deliver all completed and pending work to the Client, and the Client will pay the Contractor for services rendered up to the termination date.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the term of this Agreement.
8. Liability
The Contractor will not be held liable for any outcomes not expressly guaranteed in this Agreement. All strategies and results are subject to external market conditions.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
